Macy and Thomas – 5Eleven Wedding in Downtown Pensacola

It’s here! The wedding of the century! I’ve waited so long to blog this particular wedding, mostly because I just could not stop editing it. Everything was perfect. The bride and groom, flowers, venue, everything.

The wedding was held at 5Eleven on Palafox in Downtown Pensacola. Macy booked the bridal suite at New World Landing to prepare for her big day.

One thing that I thought was so special was the exchange of letters between the bride and groom prior to the ceremony. It made the whole day so intimate and personal.

When I saw this photo while editing I just about lost it. Such a sweet, tender moment shared between mother and daughter. The love and trust in this touch are so beautiful to see.

Twiggs by Jenn did all the florals for this 5Eleven Wedding, and let me just say, she did a phenomenal job! Such a beautiful, elegant bridal bouquet.

The cake was by Publix (WHAAA???) and the floral garnishes were provided by Twiggs by Jenn. Let me tell you, this cake was delicious! The frosting was so light and fluffy… I’ll show you a close up for good measure 😉

The groom’s father was memorialized in such sweet ways throughout the day. The love and emotion was so thick you could cut it with a knife.

The couple shared a private communion together during the ceremony.

The theme for dinner a traditional Italian feast and oh my goodness, it was delicious. Portabella catered the food and the whole experience was just wonderful.

One thing they did that was so unique was, in the place of a guestbook, they had the guests sign this globe. Macy loves traveling, so it just made sense to incorporate it into the wedding.
